Well after my lovely birthday meal out and my divine cupcake, I got back on track yesterday… I had beans on toast for lunch and a sandwich for tea Admitedly I did have some choc and a bag of crisps but I burnt 2503 calories and ate 1618 so not going to bad I hope!
I finished the North downs on my challenge and am 5 floors into the South downs yayyyy.. Going to try and incorporate my calorie counting on fit bit into my ww plan. Will let you know how I get on this week!
I am feeling fit and ready to walk the line on this journey 😀
